Hotel Riviera Caribe Maya Playa del Carmen

I enjoyed its staff and location, nice building. I was there for 3 nights and ate at attached restaurant directly in front of the pool area.

Clean place with always nice staff members and inner courtyard views. Bright unit.

Very good location and rooms - they offered a wonderful stay for 4 nights. The restaurant here was magnificent directly in front of the pool area, we both ordered excellent dishes.

I loved my 7 nights stay. The continental breakfast was hearty and had lots of meals.

The venue is cool and gorgeous with polite staff. Large bedroom.

The staff were outstandingly accommodating and efficient, were waiting for us in the pretty lobby.

The venue is well-maintained, it offers nice hot breakfast and has ideal location close enough to restaurants, many restaurants, bars, and coffee shops and the popular tourist area, as well as the beaches...

Warm rooms and cheerful staff - we liked it. Pleasant location, 15 minutes' walk to quinta avenida. Eggs, bacon and pastries were a nice touch. It was nice to have snacks in the lobby.

I loved the hotel, the staff was extremely helpful, great value. Breakfast had lots of options and eggs, cereals, pastries and coffee were perfect. Soundproof unit with cutlery and utensils. The location in a green area was beautiful and there were the shops and a supermarket nearby. The beach nearby was spectacular and the view was unforgettable.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was pretty slow, and the bed was not so good.

The breakfast was warm with lots of good coffee and toast.

There was a a little hard bed.

the property was popular and had a quiet atmosphere, was conveniently located as close to the beach as i would have liked. staff were extremely gracious and always nice, everything was superb.

Everything was lovely, had an enjoyable stay. Brand-new units and ESPECIALLY HELPFUL staff.

We recommend this accommodation, thank you for a really really nice stay. The property is spotless and overwhelming. It's uniquely decorated with comfy beds and captivating views.

the staff were reasonably friendly and the room was good and pleasant. hotel was fairly clean. beer bar and well maintained pool. wonderful location, just a walk down to a handicraft museum. its food was lovely, with lots of meals.

It was a decent experience, great value. Savoury breakfast, well-kept and silent room, very gracious staff. Clean hotel, exemplary service.

Our experience here was great! Give kudos to receptionist. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. On-site restaurant RE DAVID was a bonus, had dinner there.

It was a great priced hotel right by a boat dock. Pool was clean. Staff was FRIENDLY.
